Super easy low cal vego spicy peanut tofu noodles
Trying to shred but can't get the noods out of your head? I gotchu!
I've created this vego Hokkien noodle recipe to squash my daily hacking for noodle box. It is very easy and can be beefed out with lots of veggies to fill your tum. I've designed it to hit my 600cal dinner ratio but if you want to add in more quantities, go ahead, I'm not gonna stop you.
Not keen on tofu, just swap it out for chicken breast/tenders or even pork mince could be gorge.
