At Yummelia, we strive to provide our customers with delicious and freshly baked cakes and cupcakes. We take great care in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may need to make changes to your order or request a return. Please read our returns policy carefully.
a. We do not offer refunds for cake and cupcake orders canceled up to 4 days in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery date. If your order includes apre-ordered decoration, topper, flowers or wafer print, you will not be refunded the cost of goods if they have been organised in advance.
b. For orders canceled more than 4 days in advance, we will provide a full refund, excluding any transaction fees, within 5-7 business days.
a. If you wish to make changes to your cake or cupcake order, please contact us as soon as possible.
b. We will do our best to accommodate change requests made up to 4 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, subject to availability.
c. Any price difference resulting from modifications will be adjusted accordingly, and additional charges may apply.
a. In the rare event that your cake or cupcake order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
b. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.
c. We will assess each situation individually and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
a. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements at the time of placing the order.
b. While we take utmost care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
c. We will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or issues resulting from undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.
a. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the designated time and location. If the customer is not home or unable to be contacted the product will be left at the door or reception.
b. If no one is available, and the order cannot be delivered or picked up as scheduled, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
c. Redelivery can be arranged for an additional cost.
a. We love seeing our delicious creations shared on social media! You are welcome to post photos of our cakes and cupcakes on your personal social media accounts.
b. However, please ensure that proper credit is given to Yummelia in the caption or comments of the post.
c. Additionally, if you choose to share your cake story or experience with us on social media, please be aware that we may feature your story on our official social media channels or website.
d. By sharing your cake story with us, you grant Yummelia the right to use and publish your story for promotional purposes.
e. If you have any concerns about the use of your cake story, please let us know in advance.
