+ ADD ON gluten free flour. By adding this to your cart with your cake purchase I will bake your cake using ingredients that do not contain gluten. As my kitchen is not a completely gluten free environment, I cannot guarantee cakes are completely gluten free as they may contain traces, because of this cakes will be marked at Gluten Reduced. I do my very best to ensure that there is no cross contamination.
The additional charge for gluten free is due to the separate bake and decoration timing. This is to cover the extra time involved to ensure they cakes remain gluten free.
